About Clinical Hypnotherapy

Ilona is here to support you on your journey. She is fully committed to guiding you through the difficult times. She understands your needs and goals and is here to provide appropriate interventions to facilitate positive change.

What is Clinical Hypnotherapy?

Clinical hypnotherapy can help you create powerful change by accessing the subconscious mind, where habits, beliefs and emotional responses are stored.

Many clients seek hypnotherapy for support with:

  • Anxiety and chronic stress

  • Unhelpful habits and behaviours

  • Sleep difficulties and nervous system imbalance

  • Trauma, phobias and fears

  • Low confidence or motivation.

Through deep relaxation and guided techniques, Ilona helps you reframe outdated patterns and reconnect with a calm, empowered sense of self.

What are the benefits of Clinical Hypnotherapy?

We are responsible for our emotions, thoughts, behaviours, and psychosomatic systems. Ilona’s hypnotic methods and psychotherapeutic models allow her to assist you in understanding these emotional states and changing your inner defence mechanisms. Through a variety of techniques, Ilona will help you overcome self-limiting behaviours to achieve a healthy emotional state.

Why choose Clinical Hypnotherapy?

Clinical Hypnotherapy:

  • Is evidence-based and widely used for anxiety, trauma and behavioural change

  • Fast-tracks emotional processing compared to traditional talk therapy alone

  • Supports nervous system regulation and emotional balance

  • Empowers you with new mental pathways for long-term change.
